how I got into collecting schleich horses

When I was little every birthday or christmas as a present I would go on a pony trail or one lesson when I was nine at one of my christmas presents was a set of ponies that came in packaging that looked like a stable.( these were the larger ponies I posted about a couple of days ago ) then when I was 12 I got a victorian style dollhouse (I still love history ) so I decided that the ponies I had would make good one twelfth carriage horses but they needed a better stables. I was searching the internet for barns or stables when I came across a schleich stable, two horses two foals ,a rider, a bunch of tack and jumps all for only£10. I really liked them so I decided to get some more .

ribbon

So I was sorting out a bag full of scrap fabric and craft materials and guess what? I found fome three millimeter ribbon, perfect for the stirrup leathers and girth attachments.Oh and here’s the tutorial for hay feeders

1. you will need: one paper espresso cup(i got mine from a drinks dispenser at a swimming pool) a pair of scissors and a pencil.Oh and glue.
2. cut of the rim of the cup (save this for later)
3. draw lines one cm apart, leave one cm at the bottom.
4. cut along the lines and fold the flaps inside and glou down
5. Glue cup rim round the top.

6. you can then paint it ot cover it in tape.

Sorry there’s no hay, but it’s only spring here in england and I didn’t make much last year.
